Violet’s Comments: Read this rather interesting article in today’s TODAY newspaper. Think it’s really heartening to know that this lady Dr Liu has started a social club for singles who are over 40. Being in the dating industry for the last 5 years, I know that it is not easy for ladies over 40, and also men who are in their late 40s and 50s to meet like-minded singles. I have come across a wedding blog recently that is interesting, as well as ’made localized’ for Singaporeans or Malaysians. Some of you might know the author of this blog too, as he is a frequent visitor of my blog.

Jhong Ren started his blog after seeing many of his friends needing wedding ideas and relationship advice while planning their weddings. His site has many ideas and checklists for newly engaged couples wondering how to go about planning for the big day!

Came across a really cool blog lately. It is entitled Romance Tracker, and the tagline of this blog is “Old-Fashioned Romantic Ideas for Modern Relationships”.

You might be thinking that it is another one of those blogs that offer really generic ideas about dating and relationships… ideas that are too “cliche”. No… this blog, authored by Phil Van Treuren is actually filled with very useful and insightful tips.

Phil is a professional writer, web designer, continuing education teacher and media and campaign consultant. And if you are wondering what makes Phil such an expert in this area? Phil’s objective is not to proclaim himself as an expert, as he believes that the real expert in any relationship is ‘you’! All he wants to achieve with his blog is to inspire you to make your relationship more interesting and exciting everyday by applying some of the romantic ideas that you can find on his blog!
