Well, I totally agree with Violet because I have come across the ‘tall, dark & handsome’ & ‘strong & powerful’ men. Initially, they made an excellent impression on me. However, later as we got to know each other, I realised they are not serious (a player), selfish and insincere. Now I would rather go out with a so-so looking guy, who’s sweet, reliable & sincere.

Yes, i agree with you. Even though I’ve not watched the movie, I do know from my life experience that no one is “perfect”. We are all beautifully imperfect and the sooner we know that, the better. Girls should stop waiting for the “perfect man” to complete her life, but rather work on making herself happy and whole. That way, she’ll attract someone who complements her quirks the best.

Yup, i do agree that tall, handsome guys do think very highly (or perhaps, too highly) of themselves. But even tall, beautiful girls feel they deserve the most capable and handsome guy. I happen to meet a girl and a guy with similar thoughts. It’s not easy to find someone who remain down-to-earth amidst all the compliments they get everyday, be it directly or indirectly. Well, physically beautiful people do have an incentive in life. That explains their extreme self-esteem. However, they are physically beautiful people who are truly humble and beautiful on the inside.

I’ve been wanting to watch the movie becuz of the male lead actually. LOL. Tall, ‘dark’ and a handsome vampire. So kind, yet can be potentially dangerous at a turn of the moment. I think the risks of being with such a dangerous creature makes it all the more exciting.
