I think what you said is true – how society always pushes us to get better/bigger cars, houses, paychecks etc… and we lose sight on what we truly want that will give us our true happiness and state of contentment.

But it is never too late. Once we are aware that there is more than life than the rat race, we can search for what we are truly passionate about.

i personally have been down that road one too many times only to realise that it’s jz not wat i wanted n slowly the passion slowly ebbs out.

i tink it’s bcos our society always pushes us to get better/bigger cars, hses, paychecks dat while we’re striving to achieve all these so called neccessites tat we lose out on the big picture which is our state of contentment. cheers.
