Turning Point

Dearest Readers,

If you are wondering why I have not been posting for a while, I have fallen sick.

And yes, it’s the full bout of flu. Sore throat, followed by fever, then running nose, and to top it all off a cough. Think I am at the ‘turning point’ now, am feeling better, and should be up and running by tomorrow latest. 🙂

Being sick reminds me of my mortality once again. Sometimes we are just so immersed in our job, our passion, our life. But we forget one of the most important things… our health. That is why Mentor Minister of Singapore, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew has my utmost respect in this aspect. He’s in his 80s, and yet… his voice resonates when he speaks. Sometime last year (or was it the year before?) he stood for close to 2 hours giving a speech at the Parliament. Read somewhere that he swims everyday too!

My gym card is gathering moss. Time to utilise it more.

Meanwhile, my dearest readers… have a wonderful day ahead, and check back for more. 🙂

Sincerely, Violet

  4. You are sick because your immune system is in bad shape.

Every moment of your life, your immune system stands between you and death. The three major factors that affect your immune system are poor nutrition, pollution and stress.

What you need is to boast up immune system using “transfer factors” – not a vitamin, mineral or herb. It is a complete new dimension in nutritional science. Transfer factor (TF) is a set of tiny natural immune messenger molecules made up of a sequence of amino acids that impart immune signals between immune cells. It transfers immune knowledge to an individual’s naive immune system – just as being done in breast feeding, from mother to child.

And it works in 3 ways:-
. Recognize harmful invaders seeking threaten health thus making the duration of an illness shorter. TF imprints recognition codes needed to identify the enemy
. Respond to invaders by education naïve immune cells about present or potential danger and passing on a plan of action. React properly – boast, suppress & balance.
. Remember past invasions, allowing your body to more quickly responds to similar health threats.
“TF are among the best NK (Natural Killer) cell boaster” in the fight for cancer. It is also effective (for those with weakened immune system) against cold, coughs, diabetes, gout, arthritis, asthma, sinus, etc… all diseases.

TF represents a new paradigm in nutrition and healthcare for all.
